RCC, Residential Construction Certified, and CNHS, Certified New Home Specialist, are national designations with hours of training in new construction and remodeling. 

e-pro, ensures we can use technology to the fullest advantage, getting you information and documents in a timely manner.

Our Howard Hanna designation, RRS (Residential Relocation Specialist) is designed to offer us a skill set to use in helping clients who are moving with a job and relocation package. It includes tours of the area, helping you settle into your new school system, and offering you a list of service providers if you need them (Doctor, Pediatrician, Dentist, Hair Salons, etc).

If you are moving from our area, I can find you someone with the same credentials to work with. I also hold real estate licenses in NC and FLA.

Most importantly, I tell each of my clients they can reach me if they need me.  I'm just at the other end of the phone.
